– Membership fees can be refunded within 48 hours if the membership has not been used.
– The minimum age for membership is 16 years, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Sports.
– Members must respect the customs and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– The studio is not responsible for any lost items or personal belongings of members.
– Smoking in all its forms is strictly prohibited inside the facility.
– If a membership is used by a person who is not registered, the membership will be cancelled immediately without compensation.
– It is strictly prohibited to engage in any behavior that violates public decency or causes harm to others.
– Lockers may only be used while the member is present in the facility, and management has the right to open them after operating hours without liability.
– Members must take care of all equipment and use it correctly according to the trainers’ instructions.
– The studio has the right to cancel a membership without financial compensation if the member commits unethical behavior or verbal/physical abuse towards staff or other members.
– Members must present valid identification upon request (ID card, residency card, or Tawakkalna app).
– Members may contact the studio manager directly to submit complaints or suggestions.
– Members are not allowed to make any cash payments or give gifts to trainers or staff. The member bears full responsibility for any payments made outside the studio’s official channels.
– Members must inform the trainer of any health issues before starting a session.
– Management reserves the right to close any branch or transfer members to the nearest available branch, or extend the membership by a period equal to the closure duration.

**Class cancellation policy:** classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours before the start time.
Members must respect local customs and traditions within the Kingdom.

**Membership transfer:**

– One free transfer is allowed per membership.
– A second transfer incurs a fee of 150 SAR if 5 or more sessions remain.

**Membership activation:** the first session must be used within two weeks from the start of the membership.

Members must wear appropriate sportswear during classes.

Eating, chewing gum, wearing jewelry, or using mobile phones during class is not allowed.
