Refund and Return Policy

**The One Pilates Studio**

We are committed to providing our customers with a clear and comfortable purchasing experience. Here are the details of our refund and return policy:

**1. Refund Period**

– **48 hours** from the purchase date for unused memberships and class packages.
– After this period, **refund requests will not be accepted**.

**2. Refund Conditions**

– The membership/package must not have been used for any sessions.
– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
– Bank transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

**3. Transfer and Exchange**

– **Membership transfer**: One free transfer, second transfer costs 150 SAR (if 5 or more sessions remain).
– **Class schedule changes**: Free if made at least 6 hours before class start time.

**4. Non-Refundable Cases**

– Used memberships (even one session).
– Cancellation requests after 48 hours from purchase.
– Refund requests that don’t meet the stated conditions.

**5. Class Cancellation**

– Classes must be cancelled at least **6 hours** before the scheduled time.
– Late cancellations will be considered **used sessions**.

**6. Closures and Force Majeure**

– In case of studio closure due to unforeseen circumstances, memberships will be **extended** by the closure duration.
– Or members will be transferred to the nearest available branch.
